Me, my husband and my two sons are all overweight. My problem is no time. I work the graveyard shift, my husband works from 8am to 8pm. I tend to make meals that are quick, easy and inexspensive. Problem is they are usually high in fat. We never seem to have time to work out. I get broken sleep throughout the day, an hour hear two hours later and maby 3 hours before going back to work. I have begun making salads every night and serving it with dinner. I have noticed the kids eat less of thier dinner affter eating thier salad but i know this is not enough. I have no energy and live off of energy drinks. Anyone have suggestions on how to get the energy to actually begin working out? Also need advise on what foods to make that wont consume half of my day or cost me an arm and legg? I try to buy healthy foods but in reality the not so good foods cost a lot less. I really need advise my oldest son is so overweight he is begining to get teased at school and it breaks my heart cause i know its my fault for the foods i feed him. I can feed my whole family off two dollers, a doller for a box of spagetti and a doller for a jar of sauce. Hot dogs, hamburger meat theese are all cheaper foods and stuff i can afford but i know its not healthy and its starting to hurt our health. Any suggestions would be greatly aprechiated, i need help.
