I was here before a year or so ago and was loosing weight quite well. I think around 50 - 60 lbs. Since I faded away from this site I had a lot of unfortunate stress in my life. Now that has been gone for sometime I feel like I have fallen by the wayside and let things slip back to where I was before.
I'm quite peeved with myself and I'm trying to turn it around in to something positive I can get back on the rails to where I want to be.
I'm currently weighing in at 300lbs and my target is 210.
BMI is 36.6 and my target is 25.6
My height is 6ft 4"
Age: 36
This is going to be a non supllement, calorie controlled, plenty of fruit and veg, water and exersize (If i can get the time or motivation) diet.
Goal time around 40 weeks.
Daily Energy Expenditure is around 4300 cals, I'm setting this to 2500 cal intake for now. And will adjust accordingly.
Benefits are
A healthy lifestyle.
Convince the wife to go on a diet.
Not encourage my young son to be big like daddy.
Better sex. (Too much belly in the way
