no more than 6lb loss

so i`ve never lost more than 6lbs when being on a diet and that time has come again as i`m down 6lbs at the minute. i`ve just looked at my shopping list for the next week and taken off the beer and cheese, crackers and added fruit.

i`m really looking for reasurance, i can lose more than the 6lbs i always lose. i`m currently 231lbs 6ft 2.

don't go on a diet just start eating good for you whole foods.
 
all my meals are much healthyer now and are all under 500 cals, maybe i can do it now with this healthyer menu.

How many cals do you consume a day? read this it will tell you what u need to be at to maintain weight anything under that you will loose weight u don't want to loose more than 3lbs a week... there is 3500 calories in a lbs of fat... so if u make a deficit of 3500 cals a week u loose 1 lb of fat

i still havent lost more than 6lbs, i`m going to start the gym next week but i dont even know if that will help. i`ve stoped haveing sugar in my tea and only eat a ham salad sandwich on white bread in the day, somthing like a chicken stew at night, then some corn flakes before bed
 
Good luck man it's a great feeling when you break that barrier and sink below where you've been on previous attempts.
