Ok so ive been eating healthy for the past 3 weeks now but i dont stick to a meal plan, does it matter? I mean what i usually it is a bowl of cereal for breaky usually some fitnesse flakes, then i chomp a sandwich for lunch followed by a yoghurt, then i eat a low fat meal from asda for dinner. I mean this is my usual day for eating, work permitting, and i exercise every morning, also ive already started losing some weight so is it that important to have a meal plan. I dont usually get hungry between the meals and if i am i usually just eat a little sausage roll thats only 6 grams of fat and that fills me up. Plese tell me if this just isnt helping and if i do infact need a meal plan?
