No Gym!!! Help me out!

I love to exercise, but I moved to the country for work which causes three problems.
1.) I don't have a gym available.
2.) I can't exercise outside during the week due to my work schedule (8-7) and the fact that before 8 and after 7 it isn't a good idea to wander outside due to large animals.
3.) I drive a 20 hour round trip every other weekend for work. (Usually 3 day trips)

Currently I stocked up on workout DVD's, such as
* Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and Yoga Meltdown
* Hip Hop Abs
* Billy Blanks Tae Bo Amped and Boot Camp
and a few others.

Does anyone have any other suggestions to keep me working out and motivated, both at home and on the road?

Thanks. :)

You can put together a full body workout using a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell weight exercises. (All you need is a pair of dumbells.) For example:

Legs - DB Squats
Chest - Push Ups
Abs/Core - Planks
Back - DB Rows

Keep the rest times to a minimum between exercises and sets, and you'll have an awesome (and sweat busting) workoug.

I lost 70 lbs in 7 months this way. (I had to work out at home in my garage at night).

Wow- thats a pretty unfriendly unhealthy lifestyle- is there no way around it? can you not speak to whomever is incharge as aside from it not being gym friendly, it could cause you health problems. Heart issues, DVT, even depression. You need to have some time to exercise, even if its walking around every day (30 mins per day everyday).

Your DVD idea is a good one- could be helpful if you get friends in with you- good moral after a pretty monotonus week could count for alot and socialisng can help boost your mood. The worry is if you feel low you wont want to exercise and the less you move around, the less you'll want to move around. Keep a plan and focus on sticking to it, but have a back up plan for times it feels difficult or you feel you cannot face it. Things like walking, swimming (if you can get to water?) hiking.

I want to say try to encorporate exercise into your daily life as this is what will keep it happening but the way you've put it makes it sound impossible. Is it really impossible?

Did you incorporate cardio and a healthy eating plan as well?

Ps. thanks! I was wondering what exercises would be in a full body resistance program.
