I love to exercise, but I moved to the country for work which causes three problems.
1.) I don't have a gym available.
2.) I can't exercise outside during the week due to my work schedule (8-7) and the fact that before 8 and after 7 it isn't a good idea to wander outside due to large animals.
3.) I drive a 20 hour round trip every other weekend for work. (Usually 3 day trips)
Currently I stocked up on workout DVD's, such as
* Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and Yoga Meltdown
* Hip Hop Abs
* Billy Blanks Tae Bo Amped and Boot Camp
and a few others.
Does anyone have any other suggestions to keep me working out and motivated, both at home and on the road?
