Hello everyone. I'm new to the site, but no new to losing weight since I've lost about 45 lbs. myself since the beginning of September (280 lbs to 230 lbs). I'm a 26 year old male, just under 6', and my goal is 194 lbs. My method is basic calorie deficiency, but it also helps that I stay active for a good 6-8 hours a day working for UPS. I try to eat less than 1800 calories, and I've calculated that I burn about 3000 calories a day. Probably more now that it's UPS' peak time of the year.
Anyways, just decided to finally post and say hi. The people on this site certainly inspire me to keep going, especially now that my losses are decreasing.
