MAYBE i will consider it...i have til thursday to decide right? is that when teams will be posted? and if i do join i'm gonna have to kik ass all by myself JUST IN CASE (will starve if i have to!) my team (or part of it) splits! i hate to be a biatch, i reallllly do but i'm not letting anyone new join my team once the challenge starts. i'm sure you all understand why! :)

Julie......Its true about ex classmates not being what they use to be.....the " nerds" are all now millionares, the plain wall flower girls are now super models, the jocks all have beer bellys, the finest guy in the school is a gay porn star, the "detention" kids are all pta fathers and mothers...and the stoners....well they are still getting stoned...lol..........Once again.....I am a crack up.....I dont mean any of this.....well not really....okay maybe some....nawwwwww....lol
 
Kimberly, you are prob 100% right! LOL I was always in detention, now I am practically a room mom and into Girl scouts! LOL Whoa...... LOL

I am in desperate need to loose weight, I look horrible and can't take it anymore. My paternal grandmother brought me a 5 generation picture and I am double the size of anyone else in the picture. I have so much weight on the front of me I am worried about heart attacks and just plain old stress from being so over weight. Please help me, thanks

Danita...whats the prize? The suspence is killing me!! Our last prize was, postcards! Everyone is to send the members of the winning team a postcard of congrat's with their state on the cover. WE also sent one to the biggest looser, this time, 2 of us tied.

I'd REALLY like to take this time to stress to all the (forgive me) 'new' people, how important it is to really Keep up your committement. If you don't end up loosing the full 5 pds, don't worry, as long as do your best and dont' forget to weigh in on friday!! You have people counting on you!!! :)
 
the guidelines!

once you are divided into your little group, you start posting on your group thread (group 1, group 2, etc) every day or as often as possible to post progress and cheer your team on. if you are sick, please post saying you will be MIA so we know whats going on. please do not just disappear as your weight (5 pounds) will be counting towards the final goal. if you think you cant finish the challenge then please remove yourself BEFORE the end of the 2 weeks. if there's 4 people in a group, the group goal is 20 pounds - if there is 5 people in a group, the group goal is 25 pounds. the teams usually like to keep their loss a secret from the other teams so if you lost weight, dont go blabbing it in your post. if your dying to tell somebody then pm your team mates.

at the end of the 2 weeks on friday, we will all do a final weigh in and then you will post it in your thread. the group closest to their goal (most pounds lost) will be determined the winning team. also the person with the highest loss will also be counted as a winner outside of the group win. feel free to add to these guidelines if i missed something!

WW i think these look like great guidelines ... I am glad you're joining us again :) Let's hope everyone sticks it out this time along with us! I think it should be fine :cool: hehe* This is going to be a great competetion! I'm really excited about itt!!!!!! woo hoo!!!!
 
yeah i guess i'll be in it again. but i'm due for my period friday the day it starts. :eek: well at least if it arrives on time, it will be way over by the time the two weeks are up. i just hope i'm in the kewl group this time!
 
Alright ladies... since we have two days left before this starts, I just wanted to make sure that I had the right head count... so I'm going to list all of the names of people I have gotten off of the thread... I will divide them into groups randomly tomorrow night and post late, so that we can each post what our starting weight is on Friday and get started.

I am going to try to stick with four people in a group, b/c i think that it is easier to manage... right now we have 25 people signed up...which is pretty amazing!!!
