Next Club starting October 12 (Wed)

Hey all!!! i know that we are all pumped about doing this again... I am suggesting we start Oct 12 (if not sooner) b/c waiting another 6 days is just too long... so many of us have good momentum going, and it would be helpful to get this going asap! =) But if there is a general consensus to move it to friday, or start earlier, then let's do it =)

Sign up in this thread if you want to join this next club!!! Then we will post the new groups on whichever morning we start. We have had a few people who were not very active this past time, and so remember, if you sign up, you have people who are counting on you!!!! don't make this commitment unless you are willing to stick with it the whole two weeks.

I'm in!!! .... yippee!! For some reason I'm a ton more excited about this round! Maybe because I'm hoping that everyone posts in my group this time around lol* =)
 
I'm definitely interested. What's involved? I just officially put my weightloss ticker down to 175. Since I have weighed in at 175 for 2 days straight I thought it was safe to move it from 177. Let's work together and see what we can get accomplished ;)

hmm... I don't know that we have any "rules" but maybe some guidelines would be helpful - especially for those who may be new and joining us...

1) post your starting weight with your group when you start
2) try as hard as you can to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks
3) post your ending weight on the final day
4) encourage members of your group by sending them messages, posting in their journals, or otherwise helping them out

I say that we start Wednesday - I know alot of people worry about starting so close to the weekend, and some of our members don't have access until they get to work mon morning...

What did you think I would say? c'mon ladies! Lates lose that weight and wave goodbye with no regrets!
I would like to start Friday I think.... I dunno why, but I liked that day....
 
Okay - we'll start on Friday Oct 14th, and we'll end on Friday Oct 28th...

and i think a reward is a great idea... any ideas of what it should be this time?
 
I'm in. As for the reward it should be special for you amomono, that will put you at your goal. It's so nice to see someone that is almost at their goal weight still being such an inspiration to others.
