hi all!
My name is Emily and I'm new here. Let me just start off by saying that I'm 20 (21 in July! lol) and from Canada. I have been on and around this site a little bit in the past, lurking around, looking at all of hte Before/After pics. I love seeing other peoples progress.
So I started losing weight a couple of years ago. it took me a long time to lose 35 lbs to get me down to 130. I have been above and below that number a little bit but never too far. Maintenance is always key... But lately I need the support of everyone on this website because I've been finding it hard to stay on track with my diet and I feel like if I have goals (picture goals) and having everyone here critique, it will motivate me more! I'm going to start doing that soon (tonight its too late to post a new picture cause im too tired to take it! lol) but for now I have posted pics in an album from about last summer to now.. they're the only body shots i really have at the moment... more soon to come!
Anyways my goal is to weigh 115 ultimately. I am at 131 right now. I want this as fast as possible and I'm going to have to kick my own ass at the gym to achieve it!
