Hey im Lucy, I'm 17 and starting my weight loss plan here! (though I've tried in the past and failed!) I'm aiming to lose 15-20kg hopefully by November! Would love to here other people's tips and what they do to lose weight!
I ate a chinese takeaway last night so I think I should work extra hard today! Hehehe :).
Is my goal data realistic?

That's 33-44lbs in about 4 months (assuming you mean the end of November) the lower end of that scale is do-able as that's about 2lbs loss per week, the high end would be harder about 2.5lbs loss per week, above about 2lbs per week isn't recommended.
