Newcomer!

Hi im Dan, new to the forum. Let me tell you abit about myself. Im 15 years old, male, weight 9st 3lbs (129 lbs), Im 65.5 inchest tall (5.45833 feet), I used to weight around 10st 4lbs and i used to get bullied abit at school, i got motivated to lose weight and i got down to about 8st 9lbs but then it stopped and i didnt lose any more and the bullying stopped.

I let my self go a little over winter and i now weight 9st 3lbs but im determined to lose some weight and also gain some muscle ready for the summer! I cant used the gym until im 16 but no worries, i have an exercise bike and two 5kg dumbell weights at home, the rest i guess would be doing situps and press ups etc.

I will keep you all up to date on my progress and will upload a picture every 2 weeks or so on. I do have a picture of myself but im not sure how to put it up so could someone explain how please?

Any ideas on a balanced diet i could follow? Also im wanting to do a routine workout at home, im thinking about doing this one: YouTube - ?Abs Workout how to get six pack abs?‏.
