Hi
I am new to this forum. I have lost 86 pounds since 11/09 and am feeling great. However, I do get down about the loose skin issue. I exercise at gym every other day, use weights, walk 3 miles a day. I know there is only so much I can do, but do get down at times and feel like all this work and for what. I know that's just my own pity party and I need to get over it. I am grateful for my success and support from famiy and friends. I have 20 to go so I need to keep my momentum going.All of you guys who have been successful are a real inspiration. This is a great site!
 
Welcome to the forum! Have you thought about starting a diary in the Weight Loss Diary forum? Chances are you will find many others that share your struggle... It's a great place to find support and motivation! Also, there are many sticky posts that are great to read through for good information! Good luck!
 
Its ashamed that when we let ourselves get over weight that there aren't some magical portion to put us back to were we were before we gained. Nothing magical, but it just takes a little hard work and devotion.

You came to the right place for support. Welcome to our group!!
