I am Kathy and i am a nite binger, i will eat frosting out of a can if thats all there is ,even if im so tired i dont know why i do it it is a nitely thing sometimes i dont even want it? help
Try to see if you can divert yourself into other sweet things that cause less damage to your diet.
You may want to try some of the following ideas.
chew sugar free gum - it has about 5 calories in a piece and lasts ages. You cannot eat something else if you are eating it.
eat sugar free sweets
nibble on raw veg
fruit is sweet and contains vitamins - but you can need to watch calories if you end up eating too much
make up sugar free jelly (you can even put some fruit in it and it is like having a dessert). there are about 32 calories in a pint. you have to prepare it a few hours earlier though because it needs time to set.
low fat (or fat free) yoghurt can be nice and gives protein, calcium and fibre - if you freeze it for an hour or two it can be like eating ice cream...
