hi, I was just searching on the web to find a site that will make me more accountable for my eating and exercising decisions. I thought this would be a great site with the help of others my weight loss goal will be a reality.
 
Hey there, I'm a newbie at this. I'm also hoping to get a little support intrying to lose some weight. I was 220lbs now 168 but a long long way to go. Its getting harder ha ha!
 
Congrats on losing 52 pounds...that is great! What is your ultimate goal?

I am finding it easier to think of the big picture by breaking it into little segments...smaller goals, like 5 pound increments. WHen I reach that mark, I get to treat myself in some way...like buy myself a small gift...a new piece of clothing, jewelry, etc... Kind of helps keep me motivated some days!

Another week

Its so nice to come in to work on a Monday morning after having a great weekend and discover that somebody has left a post. It just gives great encouragement for another week. My goal is to lose another 38 lbs. I know its gonna take a long time, but hopefully I'll do it.
 
Well congrats on what you've lost so far! That's awesome! I'm a newcomer too... I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding at the end of May - and the dress came in two sizes too small! So I've got a definite deadline! I thought that a weight-loss forum might help me stay on track!
 
Good on ya. It surely will help. How much do you wanna lose?? Good luck with it .... keep us posted as to how you are getting on.
