Hey, I'm Ann.

I went to NYC last August with my mom, and I was absolutely disgusted with the way I looked after getting the pictures developed. In December, I got the motivation to actually do something about it. Since December 2nd, 2006, I've gone from 214lbs to 179lbs as of this morning. I cut out all junk from my diet, incorporated whole grains, cut the soda, etc. I work our 5x a week. I have a TON of energy and I feel fabulous.

I still have a fair amount to lose and I know I'll get there. My goal right now is 135lbs ish. I hope to reach that goal by August of this year, my sencond trip to NYC.

Great for you. This is what consistency will do.... leads to continual weight loss.
