I am a 25 year old female, 5'5 tall who weighs 209 LBS and my goal weight is between 145 LBS - 155 LBS. I just started eating healthy and cardio as of this week. Looking for support here cuz seriously I am too embarrassed to talk about this to anyone else. My wedding is next year and that's part of my motivation but feel so low sometimes
. Any suggestions from past users who've lost THAT much weight?
