Newcomer to the forum and looking for support :|

Hey everyone,

I am a 25 year old female, 5'5 tall who weighs 209 LBS and my goal weight is between 145 LBS - 155 LBS. I just started eating healthy and cardio as of this week. Looking for support here cuz seriously I am too embarrassed to talk about this to anyone else. My wedding is next year and that's part of my motivation but feel so low sometimes :(. Any suggestions from past users who've lost THAT much weight?

Welcome to the forum.

LOL I lost tons more weight than you want to lose. Stay motivated and work hard and you WILL make your weight loss dreams come true.

Eat healthily and do lots of exercise (I started walking every day and built up from that) and keep your mind firmly on that goal of how good you will look for your wedding. It will help you to stay on track.

You just have to believe that you can do it - and you will make it happen.
