Well, i'm 15 years old and I love to use the computer. Over the years, this has caused me to develop sort of a beer belly (i dont drink beer). I believe this is from the computer.
I am not fat neither super skinny, but my belly is the only thing that doesn't "fit" or relate to the proportions of my body.
Don't get me wrong, it's not a huge belly, but it's enough that it bothers me.
Anyway, i was hoping if there was something i could do to get rid of this. I must point out that I am extremely lazy but I do exercise and play sports competitively 4-5 times per week for over an hour every day.
I don't think that I need to lose weight, just lose this belly!
Any help to what I can do would be appreciated.
I heard that doing sit-ups does nothing as the muscle develops under the fat therefore not resulting in anything.
