newcomer looking for some motivation :)

just signed up for the forum today which will hopefully give me some motivation to do a bit of training. Im 22year old, a skinny kind of guy (slight bit of a beer gut, but it has shrunk a lot since starting to walk to work.) weight about 65kg (from memory) and about 175cm tall.

Im not looking at getting into crazy training, just want to build a bit of muscle and get fit. I've got dumbbells (not 100% sure of the weight) and my daughter has a swing-set in the backyard that would be perfect for doing pull ups / chin ups. I dont have a training schedule planned yet, so feel free to share ideas :)

will browse through the forum and have a read at some posts and then post any other questions :)

what motivates you to train?
