Hi, im new to Weight-Loss.Fitness.com and i am in urgent need of advice with fitness.
A bit of my backstory, im in my early 20ties and i am a two-time cancer survivor, due to my history of medical treatment my fitness level is very sup-par, i have alot of stubborn body fat and i am not very familiar with workouts or fitness programs. However i am currently on a diet.
I weigh about 85kgs (187lbs) and my current diet consists of a 500 caloric deficiency (my recommended calorie intake is 1900, i eat around 1400 per day) and limiting my carbs to 100-150gs per day. I currently take Oxyshred every morning, and don't have much time to workout due to my current university studies.
So with my 3 month study break coming up in a couple of weeks, i would like to burn as much of my fat as possible so i can start building muscle easier in the future. My situations is a bit awkward but any advice would be appreciated, thank you for your time
