Hello Everyone,
My name is curtis and me and my wife have put on a decent amount of weight since we got married. We both roughly gained around 90 pounds each. I started really getting into dieting and exercise on january 1st. My diet is mainly consisting of whole grain cereal, eggs, veggies, fruits, nuts, greek yogurt, fish, lean meats (chicken breast, bonless pork chops baked instead of fried). I'm trying to get back down to 170 and put on some muscle at the same time and my goal is to be that weight maybe by thanksgiving. My exercise routine mainly consist of walking on the treadmill and a fast pace so that my legs and strengthen up for running. I'm also lifting 15lb dumbells. My starting weight as 224 and I currently at 216 even though it was mainly water weight I lose the first week. If anyone has any more suggestions for me, I would be willing to listen.
