Good day(or night) to you all. I hope all is well, where ever you may be. I'm new to the forums, just wanted to say hi and ask a few tips about weight loss.
Currently, I'm not on any diet plan. I know there are tons and tons out there, but I'm not exactly sure which one I should choose? I was reading about a fasting diet. Eat one day what you want, then somewhat "fast" the next. Is that one healthy for you? I've already cut out the carbonated drinks and sugar. What else can I cut out?
Within the last 3 weeks, I've been exercising. Not a lot though, as I am extremely (I can't express this enough) out of shape. My current weight is around 280 and i'm about 6'0. (yeah I know that's a lot of excess weight.
. ). I work out before I eat. As it seems to make me eat less. Maybe it's just a mind trick? But it still seems to help me.
I'm currently doing exercises here and there (I'll exercise for about 15 mins doing jumping jacks, push ups, running in place etc) before I eat. Is there anything I should be doing differently?
