Newbie

Hey guys! How's it going?
My name's Oswin Rodrigues.
I joined this community because I want to START working out during my summer vacations. Notice the word "start" - it implies that I am a beginner. Moreover I am 15 years old.
Therefore, can somebody please advise me where to begin. I want to start with my abs and biceps, but if your advice suggests otherwise, then I'll definitely consider it :)
I am fairly skinny. I only have some belly fat and that's it. I usually play basketball, but for the past few weeks, I haven't had much physical activity.
Judging from the information provided above, can somebody PLEASE direct me to a reliable source which gives me a workout routine. I would prefer if the routine is NOT "killer". I'm just starting, so something basic/simple or maybe even moderate will do :)
OH AND ONE MORE IMPORTANT THING - I have NO access to a gym facility. So I need home workouts (though I do have 2 dumbbells (with variable weights); 1 barbell (with variable weights); 2 ankle weights; and 1 of those hand strength-training devices which you press and release. (I'm just naming all the equipment that I do possess - some of them may be irrelevant :p)
Lastly, I would also like it if the workout routine is OKAY for a teenager - I don't want my growth to stunt :)
