Hey I am Tonya, I just joined Gold's Gym and am learning new things. I am working on losing weight and toning up. I had a meeting with a Personal Trainer today, showed me a few things, but I dont have it in my budget to work with a personal trainer right now, so I was hoping that maybe I could get soem advice here as to how to proceed and what are some good workouts.
He said to workout 3x a week, Day 1:chest/back, core, cardio. Day 2:Legs, core, cardio. Day 3:Shoulders, arms, core ,cardio. Any help I can get would be great. Thanks!
