Newbie!!!

Hi everyone!

I'm new here, and I want to lose weight...stay healthy and start to run. I'm trying to eat healthy, and stay active. I don't know anything about supplements, or exercises. If you have any suggestion...I'm here!

I want to improve my health.

I'm 5 feet 4.5 inches tall, Female, 36 years old, happily married, and 2 sons!.

Welcome! To start running, just start running! Make sure you have true running shoes. Run as long and as hard as you can, even if it is only 50 yards, walk, catch your breath and repeat. Do this 5 - 10 times / day, every other day and you'll be running continuously in no time.
