Hello everyone, I'm 18 years old I'm 5'2" and the last time I weighed I was about 132. The reason I'm joining is because I have no idea how to eat properly or even exercise properly which is pathetic-- I need to find a balance of eating right and exercising/losing weight. My lowest weight I've ever been is 118 (last year in '07) and I never got to my goal weight (105-110). The highest I've been was 178--I was 15/16, and I never want to see those numbers again!
When I was losing weight before I wasn't doing anything... literally. I ate less and drank cokes like they were water but this time around it's just not working and it has me at my wits end. I'm having breakdowns because of my weight and it's starting to control my life as well which is now starting to affect my family and relationship and I need to fix it ASAP. I want to be able to go out, fit back into my jeans, and feel good about myself again. I'm still young and it shouldn't be like this.
Right now I have no money to spare on expensive home equipment or a gym membership so I feel pretty screwed in those areas.
If anyone has any advice or tips I would GREATLY appreciate them!
