Newbie

Hi all! I'm Leslie. I lost 65 pounds in high school and I've been working out religiously for 20 years. I looked for this forum because I've just broken my toe (actually a spiral fracture of the toe, dislocation of the tip and fracture of the metatarsal, all from stubbing!)

Since the injury, the surgery and the cast (1 week ago) I've been keeping up okay with weight training but I'm having problems getting my heart rate up with "chair" aerobics. Hopefully I can find some ideas here.
