Hello! I am a new member, just started today. Quick bio: I am 35F, one child who is 10, and I have struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. I have been up and down with my weight over the past 15 years or so, but recently it's going back up and I want to try to control it now! I am having a harder time losing it, and really need some support. I exercise a lot, but I also struggle with binge eating which contributes to quick gaining!

I am looking forward to meeting everyone and hopefully starting some challenges!

P.S. I am still working on adding a ticker to my signature - can't seem to get it working!
 
Hi and welcome! I've only been here a couple of weeks myself. It seems most of the action here is in the Diary section.

As Amy said, go check out the Weight Loss Diary section if you haven't already. The best way to get help here is to start a journal. You can write whatever you want in it (I mean, it's YOUR journal after all), but most people use it to post how their day went, ask questions, vent about stress, share stories, etc. It's also a great way to keep in touch with everybody - they check in on your journal to see how you're doing and you can do the same with them.

Anyway, you've taken a good first step. This forum has helped me, and a ton of others, over the years.
