Hello,

I’m Green just joined yesterday after stalking the site for a long while, I’ve been on the Weight Watchers UK diet for 6 weeks and lost 6 pounds, which I’m very happy with slow and steady wins the race.

I’m 23, 5’6 and a total weight of 264, and I’m hoping to get down to around 131 – 126 though taking out the weight I’d love to be a UK size 10/12 though I’ve never been below a size 18 so anything below that will be amazing.

Hello Green *waves* welcome :D Sounds like your donig really well. We have about the same to lose. I'd recommend getting a ticker for your signature as its a real boost to see the weight creeping down. I like the slow and steady approach. I've just had to buy Jeans in a size 20 as the size 22's are falling off yippee its so exciting.

It sounds like things are going well! I think that focusing on how your clothes fit you is a great thing to do... much more important than focusing on just the scale! Good for you and good luck!

Welcome to the forum. i'm new too and just joined a few weeks ago. My heaviest weight was 17st 13lbs and I was a UK size 22/24. I lost two stone through weight watchers too and dropped to a size 18. Over the past year I lost another 2 stone and my lowest recorded weight since I was like 12 was 14stone and I could then wear a uk size 16 but just as quick as i wore a size 16 I put 1stone 7lbs back on and that's where i'm at at the moment. So I joined this site looking to meet people who share the same goals etc. We have about the same to lose. I'd love to get to aboout 8 and half stone but to be honest I'd love to be anything under 10stone :0)
