Thank you for the replies. I am following Dr. Simeon's Pounds & Inches protocol. I am on a very low calorie diet and I take hCG drops throughout the day. I know it sounds extreme doesn't it but I have been researching this for awhile and have found alot of positive information. I have not been hungry at all. I have tried many diets and at one time was going to the gym every day. I did that for three months and only lost 15 pounds which was great, but then it stalled and I became discouraged. A friend of mine I had not seen in a long time came into my office and she had dropped 100 pounds. She looked great. She had done hCG through a clinic. I am at 179 right now and I will stay on this protocol for another 32 days. My goal is to feel better about myself. I want to lose another 39-49 pounds. I don't expect to lose that much in 32 days, but that is as long as I can do this before my body develops immunities. You can read the protocol on the web. It is very interesting. Also, there is a guy Kevin Trudeau who has a book that refers to the protocol. Dr. Simeons discovered this in the 50's. I can tell you I for once don't feel like I'm on a diet. I feel like my body is actually changing and my mind is changing. I am very determined to succeed and this has been easy so far.
