Hey everyone,

I found this forum a couple minutes and and thought it would be a great place to talk and ask questions about this weight loss.
6 weeks ago I started one of my many weight loss attempts that usually last 1-2 weeks tops. But this time I am taking it a lot more seriously.

After 6 weeks I have lost 40 pounds and feeling great, I still have my motivation and I'm just looking to share my experiences and get some advice from people.

Yes my starting weight was quite high thats probably why it went down so fast, but my average weight loss per week is now 6.
I'm 6' 4 and I started at 335 lbs which was the heaviest I ever went. I am now at 295 and my goal being around 220.

Anyway, I eat pretty much the same things every day, my diet is mostly chicken, beef and sometimes pork but in small quantities with veggies being mostly broccoli.

For exercise I started doing the P90X program on day 1 and still going strong.

I almost stopped a week ago as i was not seeing any results but thankfully I had taken before pictures and after comparing it to the ones I took that day I was quite shocked. It gave me the motivation to keep going.
