Hi there folks
my name is david gould
o am a newbie here. been dieting for 2 years. went from just over 33 stone down to 20 stone odds well about 20 stone 7

i just exercise at the gym for 3 days a week at least . do a 10 min warm up on rowing machine resistance 7. 3 sets of weights at 20 reps each - 3 diffrent machines. and then a 30 min workout on the x trainer using the HiiT system.

i relly want to get down to 16 stone or under for the end of this year

well this is just a little bit about me
