I hope I'm posting in the right thread, if not please let me know!! I'm not familiar with forums, nor am I really good with introductions, haha, but I thought I'd try and do the best I can.. so here I go:

I've always struggled with weight loss since I can remember. I really didn't do anything about until I was 17 (I'm 23 now), my step-mom actually helped me get down from 175 lbs to 135 lbs. Which was pretty cool for a while. Then I got a job, and a boyfriend. It's not good when you have a boyfriend that eats a lot. Long story short, I gained the weight back, lost it again, and gained it back again. So I'm now back to 170 lbs, have been trying to go back to what I used to do, and have been failing miserably, haha.

A friend showed me this website, so I'm going to give it a try. It's great to see a whole bunch of stuff combined into one website instead of doing searches and looking at different websites looking for different information regarding diets and weight loss. Hopefully this time I can stick to my diet and exercise routine and regularly come back for tips and inspiration :)
