Hi All,

I turned 30 a little while ago and it dawned on me that it was probably time to make a few changes. I started watching what I eat and exercising regularly (usually walking for an hour in the evening) about 4 weeks ago. All the puffing and panting led to me giving up smoking too - a little bit over a week on that front.

I suppose I'm hoping to draw some inspiration from the hard work others are putting in here.
