Hi! I'm new. My name is Melissa, but my friends call me Mel. I'm 18 years old & I'm a full-time student. Ever since I've been out of high school, I've been putting on a whole bunch of extra weight. I used to be a dancer & danced 5 days a week. Now I hardly ever exercise! I'm almost 5'6", and I'm not weighing in at about 166 lbs. At first, I would fluctuate between 130-135. I eventually got up to 140, and I thought I was fat then! I've gradually jumped up to 166 lbs in the past year. I'm a sucker for fast food! My lack of exercise isn't helping. This semester at school is starting this week, & I am taking two Physical Education courses. A weight control class & a yoga class. So, I am going to try to get healthy & fit before I actually go off for college in the Fall. My goal weight is at least 135-140. I would LOVE to be back down to 130. I really need the support of others to help me make this journey. Can't weight to make some new friends!

Any helpful tips/hints?
