hey. i'm new here, as you've likely noticed.
I'm about 180 now and aiming to get back to 135. (i'm 5'6', fyi)
i figure that i did it once, so i can do it again!

as of now, i having atkins meal replacement drinks for breakfast and sometimes lunch, and having weight watchers or lean cuisine frozen meals for dinner and sometimes lunch. sounds a little weird, but it works.

as far as exercise, i'm doing pilates once to twice a day and once it gets nicer out (hopefully soon), i'll start running again.

you should definitely check out the challenges they are a fun way to keep motivated!!!

also you may want to add some fruits and veggies to your meals... lol
 
Welcome. My I ask how many calories you are eating each day? I eat the low cal meals, but I have to add snacks during the day to reach my calorie goal. Good luck on the weight loss.:)
 
i'd say a rough estimate of 1500 cals?
i'm not sure if thats too much/too little. i found my RMR but...thats really just a number to me...soo...if someone could explain what exactly it means that would help.
and i do eat fruits and veggies...well, mostly fruits..but still. they're there.
