Hi, I'm a 16 year old and feel uncomfortable about my weight. I've decided to try to change things, but I don't have a proper diet plan and I'm unsure where to start. This site seems helpful and everything so I thought I'd say hello.
Hello and welcome the the forums . First of all do you have a goal of how much weight you would like to lose? I find goals have helped me keep motivated. Also read the stickies in the forums they give great advice for beginers.
I think I need to lose about 15 lbs. It's difficult to know because there are no scales in my house and I can't think of anywhere I can go to be weighed...
