Hi all. I just found this site and hope it will offer some support. I am 32 years old, 5'8/9, 157lbs. I would like to get down to 148-150. I enjoy exercising and actually hate when I can't do it. Exercise for me is what alcohol/drugs is to some. My problem is with food. I love to eat. Always have and will. I live with my grandmother and it's great for the most part. The bad part is the food. There are always cookies, ice-cream, muffins and other sweets in the house. My aunt and uncle also live with us. I could go live alone, but I travel a lot and this is my base. I'm also feeling the changes of being in my 30's. It is harder to lose weight and stay toned. Well, I'm off to other parts of this site. Hope to meet some good people.
