Hello everyone! Don't really know what I should put here. I'm 25 yr old female and have decided to get back in shape after the new year. I'm currently doing a master cleanse diet (if you don't know what that is, google it) and am on day 3. I've done this type of cleanse before, I just wish it wasn't so mentally taxing.

I've also started exercising at the gym again. It's been over 6 months. Just starting with cardio. I would like to do lifting, but never seem to keep up with it and don't really know what would be best for me.

I'm not overweight by most people's standards, but would like to lose about 10 lbs. I hear the last bit of weight is the hardest to lose. I would also like to tone up! I don't want a bunch of muscles...just that tone look, ya know?

Ok, that about sums me up in a nutshell. I wish everyone the best in all their weightloss endeavors and can't wait to see any advance this forum may provide.
 
what are you expecting to get out of the cleanse?

welcome to the forum - glad to have you here..
have fun while you're here and read aroun and ask questions ..

if you do read around -you'll learn that toning is actually fat loss and women really cannot develop big muscles without outside influences so don't worry about bulking up... work those muscles...

the stickied threads in the exercise forum shoudlgive you lots of pointers :D
 
Thanks for the info! The cleanse gets a lot of toxins out of your body. You usually lose weight in the process. I usually feel really great when I'm on it. My diet just hasn't been what it should be for the past year and the cleanse is a good way to clean the slate before starting a healthier diet.
