Hello All!
I have been saying I am gonna lose some weight for a few months now, but only half-heartedly trying. Well, time to commit!
I don't plan on doing any special diet per se, but I roughly follow the Abs Diet. As for exercise, haven't been doing much of anything, but plan to do cardio 3x per week and weights 3x per week.
For motivation... I am not buying any clothes! I am a shopper, big time, but I've been ok the last three weeks and I think it will help motivate me, besides, why would I wanna spend money on clothes that will be too big in a few months!
