;) Hi All-Newbie here just wanting to say that I am on the road to be a Big Loser and lose about 80 lbs. I started the gym today and walked on the Tread Mill for 30 minutes. Pretty Good better than yesterday. Need inspiration and some friends anyone out there?
 
Thats awesome! You've taken the first step and you're off and running. You definitely came to the right place for support. There are alot of people here trying to achieve the same thing you are. Just work at it and come here if you need any help, I'm sure we'll try our best. Good luck!

So tell us, what kind of diet/excersize program are you considering?? You could start a diary, we keep track of our cals and excersize there, and it helps us to keep tabs on ya ;)

Hi. I am new here too. I am really hoping to lose 40 pounds (maybe more if I'm really lucky). I just bought a treadmill a few weeks ago. Not a very expensive one, but its ok. I am really hoping it will encourage me to keep with an excercise routine.

I just wanted to say hello and good luck with your weight loss goals. :)
