Welcome to the forum. Not only will you find a lot of great people here, but also a lot of info that you can apply to your weight loss strategies. Best of luck to ya!

I suggest starting a journal, and tell us what you are doing currently to lose the weight. When you can exercise again, what do you plan on doing? How do you eat?

I love to walk! I walk for an hour a day. Don't really know how far I walk but I normally try a hour a day. Because I am a diabetic I have to have my three meals a day. I've always tried to loose weight and my biggest problem was always the same. I would automatically stop eating. I would try to go all day without eating and I seriously thought that was the best way to loose weight. Now I eat three simple meals a day and I loose more weight than I did when I stopped eating all at once. I would like to do any other type of exercise any ideas please let me know. Thanks!
