Hi everyone i just started my diet 3 weeks ago and have so far lost about 8 pounds mostly from not overeating anymore and keeping myself from snacking, and walking on my treadmill, im 4 foot 11 and weighed eighter 169.5 or 168 it varied now im down to 160 yay, but my question is after I get done exercising I get real tired and dizzy sometimes but I dont really work out that much. If I use the treadmill its for only 20 minutes a night, light walking and then afterward im so tired from it but when I walk outside its a different story am I just weird lol anyhelp would be great!
