Just a quick Introduction
Im 24 from London and i've had rheumatoid arthritis since the age of 15 ..
In the past i lost 3 stones (40 pounds) through calorie counting and exercise but 3 years down the line i have managed to put it all back on again due to eating the wrong foods and not excercising from stress, bordem, lack of mobility and a lack of motivation..
( i also think i identify with having food addiction )
I would finally like to get my eating habits under control as i feel my problem is that i eat out of emotion rather than through hunger which i really need to change.
I need to lose this weight not only for my self esteme but also because losing the weight/eating the right diet could help to improve my symptoms of arthritis (which isnt so great )
At the moment my life is kinda stressful dealing with the pain of arthritis on a daily basis which is something i dont have much control over ..But losing the weight is one thing i do have control of which i plan to do sooner rather than later ..
I will be starting my diary soon , so wish me luck
