I just found this forum today and I'm hoping it'll help me stay on track to make healthy eating and fitness a lifestyle, and not just a passing fad. I'm 157 lbs right now and my goal is to be 125lbs. I've lost 12 lbs over the summer but seem to have reached a plateau (the no exercise and lots of carbs cuz I'm bored/frustrated/confused kinda plateau).
They say love makes you lose weight but I must have been asleep during that class cuz since I met my husband (who's a wonderful man, BTW) I GAINED over 35 lbs! Can't blame him though, I just conveniently adapted to his fast food lifestyle.
So I can't wait to start sharing my progress with everyone here and exchanging ideas! Power in numbers, right?!
