In Oct. for my 30th bday I decided I was starting over after losing my job and several other things that went wrong in my life at that time. Why wait for a New Year??

My weight has been an issue for me since my teens. I've weighed as much as 245lb and been down to 170lb. Over the last 2 years my weight went back up to 230lbs.

For medical/health as well as personal reasons I expect this time around to be the last time I have to go through a major weight lose. I hired a trainer in Oct. and found a great workout partner. I've made major changes to my diet and I'm spending 5-6 days a week working out in the gym.

I'm down 25lbs to date but at 205lbs I can't seem to break out of the 200's. I'm not frustrate just seems to make me want work harder. This has been my biggest challenge of late. 140-150lb is my goal weight.
