Hi I'm James and I started trying to lose weight a while ago but have only started being successful in the past 2-3 weeks since I started using a couple of exercise machines I invested in online when I saw the adverts. I think they were about $15 each too! Spent about 100 times that on testing out everything going!!

Anyway I hope to join you all on a weight loss journey and would like to be posting the rest of my success story soon enough!
 
What about your diet ? That is important as well as exercise. The trouble with exercise machines in the home is they don't last. If you have a few squillion dollars and the room you could buy some expensive equipment. Otherwise I think you can only go so far with basic home exercise machines. Try lifting weights and doing some bodyweight exercises (such as push ups) - this has improved my fitness and strength in the last year, as opposed to when I was just using an exercise bike.
