Hello all im new to this sort of thing and never posted on any forums like this before but i found this website and was really pleased with with alot of the forums that i have read through and you people offer each other so much support and advice etc... I was looking at some of the forums with the before and after photos and you people really encourage each other and tell them what an achievement etc its great!!!
Anyway im hoping you people could offer me some much needed advice regarding alot of things.
Heres my information to help....
Age :- 21
Gender :- Male
Height :- 5'8
Weight :- 200 lbs
Im a non smoker and very rarely drink alcohol.
Training :-
I have been training at a local gym in Nottingham (England) Since January 2008 i go to the gym 4 times a week roughly 1pm - 2.30pm and then straight after go in the sauna and steamroom for about 40 minutes.... I have so far had some weight loss and a only in the last 2/3 weeks realised that i want to gain muscle and muscle definition
My Goals are to lose some body fat and to try and gain muscle
So basically here im seeking advice as to what sort of things i should be doing at the gym in order to get what i want???
I can provide my own routine that i do at the moment should anyone need to see what im doing in order to give me advice??
Diet :-
Now there is quite abit of trouble here as im a very very fussy eater
I do not like any vegetables,fruit and i only like a little meat... However i do really like pasta but obviously pasta on its own is not so nice so usually i will have some grated cheese with this....
I eat 2 sometimes 3 meals a day i will have some cereals around 10:30am then a snack after the gym (15:00) i will eat a cereal bar then around 18:00/19:00 i will have an evening meal..... Same again here should anyone need further information as to what exactly im eating i can provide details of my exact meals.
I Deffinately think the diet side of everything is my big problem with me being a very fussy eater but i was wondering if there is anyway around this??
I am very serious about this and really would like to lose a little weight and tone up my body...
All advice and help will be much appreciated and i really cant wait for some help and advice.
