Newbie saying HI!

Hi to everyone here, this is my first post and i just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Roberta im 44 in UK with BMI 42, and im going to have my gastric bypass operation in Latvia on 20/02/11, im excited and nervous as im sure is normal. Im here for support, help, advice and light relief LOL. I look forward to meeting many likeminded lighter healthier people. Roberta x x x

Hi Stacey lets hope we do just as well and are here for a very long time. Support is something so precious in a journey like ours and feeling like we're not alone will help so much. I look forward to knowing you all and losing lots of lbsx x

I go for my surgery in 4 weeks on 20th feb so im just trying to get a handle on the milk diet to shrink my liver once ive been doing that for 2 weeks im going to give up smoking| for the last 2 weeks before the op and then 2 weeks after and hopefully for ever thereafter!! but we shall see, i have the e cigarettes to help me so im keeping everything crossed for that.
